Volume 01 · Est. 2026

We build the healthcompanies that should exist. Then we quietly acquire the ones that already do.

A consumer biotech media studio. GLP-1 to neuroscience. Supplements to pet health. We build what we'd want to use. We acquire what's already working.

¹Footnoted as in every stat has a source, every methodology is public, every ranking shows our work — the standard we'd want applied to anything we'd use ourselves.

GLP-1 Picks

A clear-eyed comparison of the major GLP-1 telehealth programs, priced the way a patient actually pays for them.

We review forty-eight GLP-1 telehealth programs on three dimensions: the full monthly cost over a typical year, the quality and credentials of the clinical care, and the transparency of the program's pricing structure. The scoring methodology is published in full, the affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page, and the rankings follow directly from the methodology. When we earn a commission on a visit, the page you're reading says so.

HRT Picks

The independent hormone-care comparison — verified prices, transparency grades, and a rank no provider can buy.

In November 2025 the FDA removed black-box warnings from six menopausal hormone therapy products; demand doubled within months and the estradiol patch went into nationwide shortage. We compare fourteen hormone telehealth providers across two wings — women's menopause HRT at the front door, men's TRT alongside it — on a five-dimension methodology, and grade every provider's pricing candor from A to F with a Price Transparency Grade no other comparison publishes. Verified prices, affiliate disclosures on every page, no pay-for-placement. The score is methodology-driven; affiliate status never moves the rank.

GLP-1 Pets

The first dedicated tracker for veterinary GLP-1 — same methodology as the human-side index, applied to the pet chemistry class.

Sixty-one percent of US cats and fifty-nine percent of US dogs are overweight or obese (APOP). The first pharmaceutical answer is on its way: Okava's MEOW-1 cat trial of an exenatide-releasing implant reads out summer 2026, and Akston Biosciences is running a once-weekly injection at Cornell. Realistic FDA approval for cats is 2027–28, dogs 2028–30. We track every trial milestone, regulatory action, and pricing signal — and tell readers what works today (food, portions, body-condition scoring) until the science lands.

Titrate

A peptide and GLP-1 tracker built around the decisions a patient keeps making — dose, reconstitution, stack, refill, program.

The core logging works the way these apps should: doses, weight trends, side effects, injection-site rotation. The decision-support layer is where Titrate departs from the category. Reconstitution calculators with a unit toggle the category has been missing. Multi-compound stacking past the three-peptide ceiling most apps cap at. And as programs update their pricing structures, formularies, and dose-escalation policies, the app surfaces the ones that continue to fit your situation — so the next refill is a deliberate choice. Now shipping on the App Store; the marketing site at titrate.health is the way in.

Best Peptide For That

Every research peptide, graded A to F by the strength of actual human evidence, and honest about what is legal.

Peptide therapy sits in a regulatory transition, and most of what sells online is gray-market with animal-only evidence. We grade forty-six research peptides, from BPC-157 and TB-500 to the GLP-1 medications, tesamorelin and PT-141, on an A to F scale set by the strength of published human proof, alongside a plain account of each compound's legal status and the July 2026 FDA advisory vote that decides which become legally compoundable. Every claim is cited to a primary source, and we never point anyone to gray-market sourcing. The grade follows the evidence, not the affiliate.

Revolume

The skin scan built for GLP-1 — because the weight comes off, and the face follows.

Sixty-five percent of patients on semaglutide, tirzepatide, or compounded GLP-1s experience facial volume loss within their first six months on the medication. Revolume is a private, on-device skin scan that measures the fifteen markers specific to post-rapid-weight-loss skin — volume, jawline definition, nasolabial depth, laxity — and routes the user to the routine, the telehealth prescription, or the in-clinic procedure that actually fits the stage they're at.

§§What comes next

Adjacent categories, where the same research methodology transfers and the consumer is asking the same three questions.

What does it cost over the course of a year, what is actually in it, and what is the evidence that it does what the packaging says. We build or acquire where those three questions have no clear answer yet.

    Supplement Index
A reviews site for the supplements GLP-1 and HRT users tend to look for — protein, fiber, electrolytes, micronutrient support, plus the menopause-specific category (Estroven, Amberen, Wile). Sourced from peer-reviewed evidence where it exists; the methodology notes where the research is still thin.

The map · How the properties connect

A portfolio is a graph. This is where the edges are.

Each circle is a product or a public asset the studio maintains. The edges describe audience overlap, shared methodology, or infrastructure that recurs across categories. Hover a node to trace its relationships — or grab one and rearrange the map yourself.

Four properties are live, one more in development. Four more come online across 2026 and 2027. As they do, the graph densifies — a shared methodology, shared datasets, and an audience that overlaps more than any one product suggests on its own. The compounding, when it works, lives in the edges — in how the nodes connect.

Pricing data · From our April index

Advertised starter price, plotted against actual ongoing monthly cost.

Each dot represents a GLP-1 telehealth program in our index. The dashed diagonal marks the point where the starter rate and the typical ongoing rate are the same. Programs above the line have a pricing structure — an introductory month, a separately billed membership, dose-based escalation — that makes their first-month cost different from their steady-state cost. Hover a dot for the specifics.

Databases

Every ranking is grounded in data we maintain ourselves, audited on a weekly cycle.

Pricing, dosing schedules, FDA alerts, state-level Medicaid coverage, and the terms of our affiliate partnerships all live in structured datasets that are audited each week. The numbers on the page are the numbers in the database, and when something shifts — a new formulation, a revised policy, a price change — the process catches it within days.

Research is the whole game.

Barque is the protocol we lean on for it. Curiosity paired with a dataset far larger than any one mind can hold — cross-signal fusion, five-agent scenarios, Brier-scored forecasts. It tells us what to build, what to skip, and when the window opens.

Informs every page at GLP-1 Picks, every feature in GLP-1 Tracker, and the next verticals we're scouting.

From our methodology
Show the work, and keep showing it — as the evidence changes, so should the conclusion.
Operating principles

We started by asking ourselves the same questions the sites now answer. What does a GLP-1 program actually cost over a year of use. Which supplements have real research behind them. How dose escalation works in practice, not in the marketing copy.

The answers took more work than we expected. So we kept the notes. The notes became databases. The databases became sites.

Research before opinion. Methodology before recommendation. Infrastructure that compounds across categories. The work is the work.

Four commitments

The four operating constraints each property in the portfolio is built around, regardless of category or stage.

Crystalline molecular network rendered in warm light

Research · Structured and maintained

I
Transparency

The scoring methodology for every ranking is published in detail on every site we run. Every affiliate relationship is disclosed on the pages where it's relevant. And we report pricing as the ongoing monthly cost a typical patient pays over a full year of use — the number that matters once the introductory period ends.

II
Specificity

Our content names the specific program, quotes the specific cost, and describes the specific trade-off — which is what lets a reader actually weigh one option against another. The reader who comes back for the next question is worth more than a reader who clicks once on a generic superlative.

III
Compounding

Each property in the portfolio extends the same research discipline into an adjacent category. The audience that trusts our GLP-1 work is the same audience looking for supplement guidance. The database infrastructure built for one transfers directly to the next. Pet health broadens the methodology to a parallel customer base; the neuroscience work reads to a different reader entirely. The underlying process travels.

IV
Patience

We build for ten years — content that ages well, data that's audited continuously, partner relationships that hold. If an acquisition is part of the story, it's because the work stands up to scrutiny the way we'd want our own work scrutinized.
